Ben Hastie

After 25 years in the industry as an underwriter and broker, Ben’s grassroots insurance experience has given him a solid background. Ben joined Resilium in 2016 after 11 years with Chubb insurance with his last 4 years as VP National Commercial Lines Manager.

As Resilium’s Managing Director, Ben leads a highly capable team to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients.

His understanding of the ever-changing insurance landscape and all it entails is vast as is his long-standing relationships with the Australian underwriting community.

Ben holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking), is also a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB) and a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP).

Craig Robson

Craig Robson is an experienced insurance executive specialising in the broking industry and creating strategic alignment between insurers and markets. Craig is currently the CEO of Resilium Insurance Broking and also Chief Distribution Officer of the Envest Group. He was the architect of the Envest Groups’ local broker strategy and Aviso brand which was established in 2018.

Prior to Resilium and Envest, Craig spent seven years at Allianz as National and Commercial manager and 11 years with QBE in a Distribution role. Craig is a member of the Envest Executive leading our broking pillar, tasked as CEO of Resilium Insurance Broking to build and expand the Resilium Authorised Representative network.
