Paul Lynam

With more than 30 years’ experience in the Insurance industry, Paul was the founding Director of ‘SRS Underwriting’ and Retail Insurance Broker ‘Blue Broking’, and as Chief Executive led the company through a time of dynamic growth and opportunity.

Paul is also a past Chairman of the Underwriting Agencies Council of Australia as well as the recipient of the UAC Lifetime Achievement Award. Paul is also a former Principal Member and Fellow of the National Insurance Brokers Association of Australia.

He also has extensive experience in business culture management, merger and acquisition completion, start-up business opportunities and business coaching.

Adrian Kitchin

Adrian has worked within the Insurance and legal industry for more than 27 years, in Senior managerial roles with industry leaders; GIO, Aon, Liberty International Underwriters and Insurance Advisernet (Australia and New Zealand).

Since joining the business in 2015, Adrian has played a pivotal role in Resilium becoming the fastest growing insurance broking operation in Australia. In the last few years, he has put in place a redesigned equity model, helped drive new premium placements, planned and implemented key strategies for growth and increased business revenue streams.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Laws (QUT), a Diploma in Financial Services (Broking) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Adrian is also a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB).
